Last night I finished my last 21 Day Fix workout and now I’m getting ready to start the 21 Day Fix Extreme! I am committed to my own personal 42 Day Fix to stay on track during the holidays. So far…so good! And I’m excited for 21 more days!

When I was little, my mom used to make that Good Seasons salad dressing that you but in the packet and mix up yourself. You know what I’m talking about right?!
She had this cute little glass cruet that she mixed it in and kept it in the fridge. Almost homemade!
I loved that stuff SO MUCH! I would intentionally put too much on my salad so that I could (here’s where it gets gross)… DRINK IT!
Well, I thought I had outgrown that temptation, until I made THIS!
CREAMY GARLIC SALAD DRESSNG
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3-5 cloves of garlic (crushed)
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (dry works fine too!)
1 tsp. Himalayan sea salt
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. raw honey or agave nectar
Place everything in the blender and blend for 30 seconds or until combined. Store in an airtight container (I like mason jars) in the refrigerator. Be sure to shake it well before using after refrigeration.
If you follow the 21 Day Fix, this counts as one orange container.
I love making my own dressings. It’s so easy and I know exactly what’s in it! I also know what’s NOT in it! No additives, preservatives or other chemicals. I like to shake mine up with my salad to cover every little leaf! That way, a little goes a long way.
And if you used a little too much, you might be tempted to drink it!
3 years ago around this time of year, I was a brand new coach, just working on my own fitness goals and enjoying my 25% discounts on Shakeology and workout programs. I started running some challenge groups with my friends and family members, just to stay on track during the holidays.
And in the process, I kinda paid for Christmas!
These were my earnings as a new coach from mid-November to the end of January. You bet your cherry red nose that money came in handy! Four kids with long wish lists! Oh, and I also lost 24 pounds doing it!
Would you consider doing a job that consists of working on your own health and fitness, sharing your story and helping others with the potential to earn around $500/month in your first 3 months (more or less depending on the work you put into it), and unlimited potential to grow from there! Four years in, I now make more than I did as a full-time teacher, working flexible hours, from home, where when and how I want, and when I need time off…I take it! I am my own boss! I’ve been able to contribute to my family income, and earn enough to take family vacations and save money for college (4 kids!). On top of that, I’ve earned free trips for my husband and me! All things I never thought possible!

I’m going to reveal my super secret plans for staying on track and in my skinny jeans throughout the holidays!
Hear me now! I will NOT gain 10 pounds over the holidays! I will not gain 10 pounds over the holidays! It’s just not worth the pain and aggravation AFTER the holidays to try to get it back off again! Now, if I was twenty-something, I might really weigh my options (pun intended). But I’m not twenty-something and when the weight comes around now…it likes to stay put. 🙁
So what’s my plan?! A brand new program called the 42 Day Fix! *Just kidding, there isn’t such a thing! But, there IS the 21 Day Fix and the 21 Day Fix Extreme, and when you put them together, you get 42 days that will take me up to the holidays with my health AND my sanity! Sanity is important to have during the holidays! 😉
Every year around this time we start stressing out! So many presents to buy! So many parties to attend. So much food to eat! So many pounds to gain! RIGHT?!
WRONG! I needed a plan! I needed to get back into a program, so I could track my progress and stay accountable.
I’ve kinda been winging it lately in my gym. I like to dabble with Beachbody on Demand workouts as well as lifting weights, etc. I’ve just been on my own waiting for the next program release: Hammer & Chisel in December! (Can’t wait)
Well, this is the time of year I need to be crossing off my workouts, taking before pics and measurements and keeping myself accountable with the support of a group of ladies who are also determined not to let this time of year set themselves back 10 pounds before the new year!
For the accountability – I’m posting my before pictures and looking forward to those after pics!
I have done both programs in the past, and because I KNOW how effective they are, I have recommitted to the 21 Day Fix for all 21 days in November, and then I’ll roll right into the 21 Day Fix Extreme in December. I’ll get The Master’s Hammer & Chisel when it comes out and be ready to start right away in January! Declaring these plans HERE is just another way I’m holding myself accountable to these goals!
As of yesterday, I have a full week under my belt! Here’s a look back:
