I wondered about this before deciding to become a coach. Here’s what I can tell you: Coaching is an amazing opportunity to reach your fitness and nutrition goals, take really good care of yourself, and share your experience with other people who are interested in doing the same things for themselves. I am not a salesperson, I don’t stock products and I don’t have home parties (though I could if I wanted to). I am so happy that I decided to go for it and see what happens.
Really positive things happen! The best part is that I can be a coach from home. With four kids, I have a very busy life and yet I still have time to run this business successfully. If you have an hour or two a day, that’s all it takes. If you have a smart phone and/or computer, that’s all you need!
