Coming June 2014!

Since it’s looking more and more like I’ll be training for and running the Chicago Marathon this fall, this program will be JUST the thing to go along with all of that pavement pounding! I’m not getting any younger, and I am the LEAST flexible person I know! Seriously…it’s ridiculous! I stink at yoga – though I keep trying! Pilates isn’t my strong suit either! I want so badly to be more flexible, but I just haven’t figured out how….yet! I can’t WAIT for this program to be released in June.
