I have been an unofficial spokesperson for Beachbody since Turbo Jam (about 7-8 years or so; well before I ever decided to be a coach! I have always enjoyed the flexibility to workout at home, when I want to, how I want, wearing what I want. Let’s be honest, sometimes you just want to throw on a baggie t-shirt, put your hair up in a messy ponytail, no make-up, and get disgusting and sweaty, on a moment’s notice, before you lose the motivation to do your workout all together! With four kids, I can’t always pack up and head to the gym when I want to workout. And if/when I did, it was a 2 1/2 hour ordeal! By the time I packed them up, got to the gym, checked them in, did my workout (generally with a couple of interruptions) got them back into the van to drive home, I had spent a BIG chunk of my precious time just to get in my workout. Not the best use of my time!

Don’t underestimate a workout dvd! I have personally done Turbo Jam, P90X, Chalean Extreme, Turbo Fire, Les Mills Pump and Insanity. i have also run 5 marathons, and I am in better shape using these programs than I was when I trained for marathons!
